Hip hop dancer
Kabir loves to perform Hip Hop dance. He'll be joining classes in January 2011. The funiest incident was when he started dancing in front of Blockbuster shop and all the people passing by watched him and smiled =)

Shahi Paneer recipe
Much demanded Shahi paneer recipe courtesy of a friend in New York =)
(with a little alteration in brackets below)
Shahi Paneer
250 gms. paneer
3tbsp. oil
1 onion chopped into strips
1/2" piece ginger chopped fine
2 green chilies chopped fine
4 tomatoes chopped fine (or canned whole tomatoes)
2 cardamoms crushed
1/4 cup beaten curd (or 250 ml whipping cream)
1/2 tsp. red chili powder
1/2 tsp. garam masala
salt to taste
1/4 cup milk
Chop the paneer into small pieces (1 by 2 cm cubes or triangles).
Heat half the oil and add onion, ginger, green chili and cardamom. Fry for 3-4mins.
Add curd and cook for 5minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and cool.
Blend in a mixie till smooth.
Heat remaining ghee, add gravy and other ingredients except milk and paneer. Boil to get a very thick gravy. Add milk and paneer fingers and boil 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander and grated paneer.
You can make any adjustments. Try it out it is a fast and easy dish and very tasty too.
