Vancouver celebrates Diwali

Mitti Wajan Mardi

Went to watch http://mittiwajanmardi.com/ last night. Chacha-pathija (Uncle-nephew) shots are so hilarious we were laughing away like crazy. This is the first 3hr film that both my kids enjoyed watching without complaining - the last one we all watched together was in Dec. in California (Charlotte's Web). I just couldn't imagine them sitting thru the movie so, avoided till now. We were sitting in the first row cuz, the theatre was so jam packed when we got there. But, it was good in a way cuz, Kabir and Sehaj had lots of room to dance to the Bhangra beat.
